The Goal
This project started in September 2020.The project was supposed to start in March 2020 and run until May, before Lebaran, one of the main public holidays in Indonesia. During this time, people usually celebrate with friends and family. Thanks to the success of the Opal promotion earlier, and the quick understanding of Indomaret customers’ needs, Arc Customised Glass decided to offer a storage solution. To meet the demand, we launched the Swing Pot which is threaded and airtight, allowing the snacks to be stored longer. This storage solution is in line with current trends with the increase in bulk and take-away sales.

Consulting
To create a great sense of ownership, we worked with them to come up with the ideal color for the lids and obtain a totally customized product for our customer.
Production
The biggest challenge was the pandemic, as order was confirmed just before the global outbreak. This slowed us down, but we were able to keep to the original dateline, as per our agreement. We delivered before the planned March 2020 promotion, even though they postponed it to September 2020.
Design
We offered the Swing Pot in 3 different sizes to match the different needs of the customers: 0,5L - 0,75L - 1L. This was made possible by our glassmaking know-how and our design experts.
